Auto-Cad Technician required
-
Minimum 2 years experience with Auto Cad 2005 with degree or similar relevant qualification

Office Interior Design/fit-out with space planning experience an advantage.

Mostly office based at the Aldershot Head Office so please ensure you are within easy travelling distance.

Some customer based surveys required so full driving licence essential.
-
Ability to provide perspectives or 3d images also advantageous.

Full or part time considered.

Project Manager

Must have proven experience of the Fitting-Out of Office Interiors plus Shopfitting.

Candidate will be office based, at our Aldershot office.

Must have pleasant personality and be able to liaise with Clients intelligently on site
-
Must be able to take-off quantities for essential materials such as Partitioning, Floor Finishes, suspended ceilings etc and ensure all materials are delivered to site on time.

Must be able to organize labour and sub-contract trades and ensure quality of works on Site.

Must be able to achieve good quality completed Projects to the satisfaction of the Client.

Must be able to monitor and ensure profitability of completed Project.
-
Must be aware of all current Health & Safety requirements.
