Our client, a world-wide provider of Insurance products and services, moved into ITS offices based in Egham and asked Saracen develop an empty office floor of over 16,000 squared feet, into an efficient and attractive workspace with a complete re-fit of the current space.
Designs were chosen to reinforce corporate brands and inspire every user and visitor alike.
The Warranty Group interior fit-out project was entered for the Association of Interior Specialist Contractors' Award and during 2009 was awarded Highly Commended for its high level of craftsmanship.
The total re-fit included the creation of:
- A dynamic reception area for visitors
- Comfortable and professional boardrooms and meeting areas
- An efficient, open plan office area, designed to make the best use of the office space available
- A central, modern and spacious kitchen and bar for all employees to utilise.
The fit-out also included the removal and installation of partitioning in order to ensure the correct provision of offices for executives employees.
Saracen project managed all aspects of the fit-out, working closely with the client to ensure a high quality standard was maintained throughout the project and that it was completed in the critical eight weeks timescale.
