Office Design Case Study - Refurbishment and a training solution for software company in West Byfleet
A property and facilities management software company based in West Byfleet, Surrey approached Saracen Office Interiors to carry out its internal office requirements.
Saracen designed the layout for the revisions required and implemented and installed various items to the internal office including:

Work and training space designed to be enlarged by the selective removal of partitioning

Fabrication and installation of an exterior gate to reinforce the building’s design and image and provided a suitable point of entry for visitors and staff

Power and cabling input and concealed on the Ground Floor offices and Training Room
Furniture selected and supplied to suit the requirements of the Training Room
Recycled floor tiles to minimise costs
Office furniture provided for the Executives offices

Introduction of unisex toilets to promote equal opportunities
Identification of a non-slip floor for the current glass stairwell, addressing health and safety issues and reducing insurance premiums
Decoration of staircase and surrounds to incorporate the building’s external colour scheme and ensure consistency throughout

Installation of additional security facilities
Adjustment to lighting to suit current and future design layouts
Offices were relocated allowing the Training Room to be positioned on the Ground Floor where a kitchen and toilet facilities are available for customers.
Saracen is currently proceeding with further enhancements and maintain and support the client with plumbing and air conditioning in the West Byfleet office.
