Saracen carried out an Office Fit-Out for their client based in Egham, Surrey - a world-wide provider of Insurance products and services.
Saracen Office Interiors developed an empty office floor of over 16,000 square feet, into an efficient and attractive workspace when they successfully completed a total re-fit for their client based in Egham. Their design was chosen to reinforce corporate brands and inspire every user and visitor alike.
The total re-fit included the creation of:

A dynamic reception area for visitors

Comfortable and professional boardrooms and meeting areas


An efficient, open plan office area, designed to make the best use of the office space available

A central, modern and spacious kitchen and bar for all employees to utilise
The re-fit also included the removal and installation of some partitioning in order to ensure the correct provision of offices for Executives.
Saracen Office Interiors undertook all aspects of coordination and execution of the office refit, working closely with the client and specialist subcontractors, to ensure a high quality standard was maintained throughout the project.
The project was completed in eight weeks to the satisfaction of the client.
