PML Flightlink requests designs for second building

Impressed with the designs produced by Saracen for their new HQ offices in Alton, PML have asked Saracen to produce designs for their second building, also based in Alton. This is for a full fit out and includes a prototype design office and laboratory space. The designs include partitioning, flooring, suspended ceilings, air conditioning, lighting, power and data cabling together with office furniture with specialist flooring to the Laboratory and Comms areas.

Executive Office Furniture for local developer

Heronsbrook Homes, part of the Wooldridge Group, have asked Saracen to supply and install executive furniture for their new HQ offices at Bagshot in Surrey.

Telecoms company requires additional space due to growth

Successful telecoms company, Viatel, need additional space in their offices at Egham due to expansion. Saracen has been asked to conduct space planning with a view to creating new designs to increase occupancy for Viatel for its current need and for the future. This design includes alterations to partitioning, decoration, suspended ceilings and flooring together with power and data cabling and office furniture.

Additional project for Redrow Homes

After the successful fit out of Redrow Homes (Southern) HQ offices in Basingstoke, Hampshire, Saracen have been asked back to make alterations to the second floor to create further executive offices. This project is to include glazed partitioning & the decoration of the new offices.

Church Upgrade

Saracen have sucessfully completed alterations to the library area at Guildford Baptist Church in Surrey and have created a break-out area for visitors with two offices as well as an office equipment area for faxes and photocopiers and other office hardware by the imaginative use of glazed partitioning.

Manufacturers HQ fit out

Major motor manufacturing company, PML Flightlink have asked Saracen to provide design studies and quotations for the space planning and fit-out of their Headquarters offices in Alton, Hampshire. The major fit out is to include glass and standard partitioning, decorations, carpeting & flooring, suspended ceilings, furniture, lighting, power & data cabling and air conditioning to offices throughout the building, conference rooms and reception area as well as a new kitchen and software laboratory.

Saracen have incorporated the new Komfort Work Wall into their designs for the prestigious CH2M Hill HQ offices in Kensington, London.

Innovative Reception Carpeting

Qualcomm, an international wireless communication organisation, have asked Saracen to produce innovative designs for the carpeting of three reception areas in their prestigious Farnborough offices, Spectrum Point, in Hampshire. The designs are to be in keeping with their position as a world leader in the technology industry.

In the final

Saracen is one of two finalists, narrowed down from 8 quotations, in a bid to win the full refurbishment of the grade II listed, barn style offices of prestigious Berkshire Consulting Group. Saracen have won through to the final two bids, against tough competition, due to their dynamic designs and sensitive response to the customers requirements.

Office upgrade for major transport company

Atkins Transport, have requested designs for the refurbishment of their offices, ATM House, near Guildford, Surrey. The requirement is to carry out space planning of their offices and includes the creation of a new conference room and the updating of the reception area. Carpeting, partitioning, decoration and furniture are required, as well as specialist flooring for heavy use industrial areas such as the MOT Testing Offices.

Space planning and refurbishment for City offices

A leading international corporate and investor communications consultancy, Cubitt Consulting, have requested designs for the refurbishment and space planning of their City of London offices. Their aim is to improve the office function by optimising the layout of the offices using careful space planning. The refurbishment will include silicon jointed partitioning, storage, lighting, office furniture, decoration and specialist reception flooring.

African theme for music organisation

The MOBO Organisation, an organisation that seeks to hightlight and celebrate the influence of music of black origin, has requested designs for the refurbishment of their London offices. The design is to have an African theme in keeping with the company's profile and is to include decoration, carpeting, flooring and furniture.

Full fit out for new European Headquarters in Egham

The Warranty Group - TWG Ltd - have commissioned Saracen to undertake a full fit out and refurbishment at Integra House, Egham which is to be their new European Headquarters. This includes lighting, flooring and carpeting, air conditioning, power and data cabling & decoration, together with a new kitchen, boardroom and reception. One of the main challenges of the project is the creation of a 24 x 7 server room with 40 kilowatt air conditioning with back up and an 80kVA UPS system linked to a diesel generator. This project was won due to the speed of Saracen's response, the quality of their designs and the ability to meet the very tight timescale of less than 6 weeks from initial visit to project completion.
