Police Rehabilitation Centre Reception upgrade
Saracen have been asked to provide plans for the design and refit of the reception and security areas of the Police Rehabilitation Centre at Goring, near Reading. As this is a grade II listed building, the designs must be in keeping with the building itself, as well as the other fittings within the building in order to blend in, whilst still providing an upgrade to the facilities.
4 Tec Security Ltd. request imaginative designs
4 Tec Security, a provider of bespoke security systems, have asked Saracen to provide imaginative ideas for the space planning and re-furbishment of their Hemel Hempstead offices.
Office alterations for international IT company, Check Point Software
Global internet security provider, Check Point Software Technologies have approached Saracen for a refurbishment at their Basingstoke offices. Saracen has been asked to provide designs for alterations to create a new training room, a conference room and further meeting areas. The project will include partitioning, power and data cabling, air conditioning and office furniture.
Language company, Rosetta Stone requests fit out quote for in Clapham
Rosetta Stone, based in Windsor have requested a quote for a full fit out of their newly aquired offices in Clapham, London. This project is to include the full refurbishment of the new offices including power, data cabling, flooring and partitioning as well as the creation of staff shower facilities. The major challenge of this project will be the surface mounting of all fittings due to the office design and to ensure that all cables and power leads are concealed to meet the client specification.

Saracen remodels the first floor offices for Quest diagnostics
Saracen has carried out major alterations to the first floor offices of Quest Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic testing, based in Heston, Middlesex. The works included the creation of a specialist print area, the installation of air conditioning, power and data cabling. The newly installed partitioning had to be carefully matched to the existing partitioning system for continuity. Quest have advised that they are so pleased with the work done that they will ask Saracen back for any future projects.

Leisure complex designs required for Central London
Based in the centre of London, Bloomsbury Bowling have asked Saracen to provide designs for the conversion of an underground car park into an exclusive 6 lane bowling and spa facility. Saracen will put forward their proposals for the specially designed gold panelled ceiling for the bowling centre, spa facilities and cinema to create an attractive and exciting leisure complex.
Solicitors request specially designed storage for specialist documents
Herrington & Carmicheal, a large group of Solicitors based in Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire, have asked Saracen to design specialist storage cupboards to house their development project portfolios at their Camberley offices.

Full refit for dynamic new recruitment company
Explore Recruitment, a dynamic new company, are now moving from serviced offices to new offices based in the centre of Reading. Saracen is to provide the "wow" factor for their clients by completing a full fit out of these offices. By imaginative use of glass, silicon jointed partitioning, Saracen will create exciting, light offices to complement the furniture, flooring and lighting scheme that is also being installed.
Major project for Communications Company at Egham
Saracen has been asked to carry out the rationalisation of the Egham based Headquarter offices of Viatel Ltd. Viatel are a major communications company and this extensive project includes the movement of large control boards controlling international comms traffic and installation of plasma screens to replace outdated screen equipment. A large mezzanine floor is also to be created along with new kitchen and toilet facilities together with flooring, lighting, partitioning and furniture.
Medical testing company request space planning for diversified usage of their building
Quest Diagnostics, a major medical testing company, have requested a revised layout of their 3 storey building based in Heston near Hounslow. Work is to include space planning and a full refit including partitioning, decorating, power and lighting and air-conditioning for diversified usage of the building.
Rapid Expansion of CH2M Hill drives space planning request
CH2M Hill, part of the London Olympic Development Team, are expanding rapidly and are taking over an additional floor at their Kensington offices. Saracen has been asked to revise the space planning of all of their Kensington offices. The brief includes furniture, flooring, lighting, partitioning, data and power. In addition, it must also take into consideration Health and Safety and fire escape facilities.

Brentford Based Veolia extends contract
Following the completion of the fitting-out project of their second floor offices, Veolia Waste Management has now asked Saracen to carry out dilapidations for their ground and 1st floors at their Brentford based offices. This additional project will include the decommissioning of a large canteen facility as well as the updating and redesign of the main reception.
IT Organisation seeks London Headquarters
Saracen has been asked to act in an advisory capacity for the selection of the London headquarters of an IT company, currently based in Virginia Water in Surrey, who are looking to expand.
Islington Design Centre Project
Having completed a project for Toshiba at the Islington Design Centre in London, Saracen have now been asked to quote for a second project at the Design Centre for a Technical Recruitment organisation. The project includes commercial interior design and the full refurbishment of their offices.
Fleet based IT Solutions company requests fit out of new offices
A local IT Solutions company based in Fleet, Hampshire have invited Saracen to tender for the full fit out of their prestigious new offices. This project is to include flooring, suspended ceilings, lighting, data cabling & air conditioning as well as office furniture.

Global Defence & Security Experts request office refurbishment
A senior officer of BAE Systems, one of Saracen's long term customers, has recently moved to QinetiQ based in Farnborough, Hampshire. Saracen has been asked to complete a full refurbishment of his office suite, including bespoke office furniture.
Update on Waste Management Company project
Saracen has recently quoted, and been selected, to carry out the refit of the second floor for a leading waste management company based in Brentford, London. This company has now extended the project to include the ground and first floors. As well as a full office refit to these additional floors, the project now includes the re-location of their Server Room and complex data cabling relating to this. It also involves the re-routing of the 100 Amp Main and full air conditioning to the Server Room.

A local firm of solictors, based in Camberley, have asked Saracen to supply a quotation for reception furniture for their Bagshot offices.
Telephone Answering company commissions fit out for new offices
Due to expansion, a major personal telephone answering company, based near Alton in Hampshire, has commissioned Saracen Office Interiors to carry out the complete office fit out for their new offices. The project incudes glass partitioning, bespoke furniture, office seating and storage. Saracen also had to create bespoke doors to the kitchenette to match the storage wall in order to blend in with the overall design of the offices.
Communications Company requests assistance with Health and Safety issues
A major Business Communications company based in Egham and Bracknell, has requested Saracen's assistance and expertise to ensure that they comply with complex Health and Safety requirements relating to Display Screen Equipment. Saracen has also been asked to quote for the supply of new flooring for their stairwell and reception areas.

Office Refurbishment for Waste Management Company
A leading nationwide waste management company has asked Saracen to quote for a refit of their second floor offices in Brentford, London. This complex project includes the supply of carpeting, office furniture, lighting and partitioning as well as space planning.
Imaginative design for local school
A local infant School in Virginia Water, Surrey has engaged Saracen to do a specialist fit out of their reception and a conservatory area which is to be equipped as a library for the school children. As part of the contract, they have commissioned Saracen to adapt some of the furniture to meet the needs of the children. This contract carried a very strict budget and was won by means by imaginative design and attention to detail and costs.
Worksop Fit-Out
Saracen has been asked to submit designs for a large international storage company. They require a new office fit out in Worksop. This is to include flooring, carpets, suspended ceilings and furniture.

An international abrasive product manufacturer based in Colchester, Essex has requested a design for a complete office refit, including furniture, flooring, air conditioning, partitioning and structural work.
Head Office Refurbishment
A leading provider of vehicle navigation systems and products has asked Saracen for designs to re-organise and refurbish their London based head office. Plans are to include space-planning for additional staff, glass partitioning, lighting, power and data cabling. An important criteria is to ensure that their corporate identity is maintained and regulations are complied with.

Planning for more staff
Environmental and engineering consultants CH2M have commissioned Saracen to replan their Kensington offices to accommodate more staff and to refresh the working environment.
Furniture is being reviewed
Two new ranges of soft seating for reception areas made by a British manufacturer are being evaluated by Saracen.
Reducing noise in reception
For a communications company in London's Leicester Square, Saracen are redesigning the reception area, including floor-to-ceiling storewall installations and new flooring to minimise noise.
New design concept for relocation
A multinational aerospace company has asked Saracen for plans to completely fit-out a 24000sqft office building in Farnborough, which will enable senior management to relocate from elsewhere in the country. The new design concept includes bespoke furniture which would be made in Saracen's own workshops.
