Wokingham Office Fit Out
Solicitors have approved designs and concepts for both the interior and exterior of an office building in Wokingham. Saracen has started work this week on the fit-out of the building scheduled to be completed in 10 weeks.

Meeting Customer Maintenance Requirements

Office Re-Vamp
An established Letting and Management Agent located in the centre of Farnham has undergone an overhaul of their office. The Surrey based organisation required a revamp to their existing premises to address their image and the expectations of their visiting potential clients. Commencing initially with technical designs and layouts, Saracen has now redecorated and supplied and installed appropriate furniture and fittings to enhance the visual appearance of the offices.
Estate Agency Fit-Out
The refurbishment of a listed building in Surrey is underway to meet the requirements of an Estate Agency who wish to open a new, sophisticated office in Farnham. Work has included gaining planning permission for the shop front, a complete strip out of the building preparing it for the installation of appropriate electrics, power and data, air con and washroom facilities. The main office will be fitted out with appropriate signage, displays, lighting and executive furniture to meet with the client's branding and image.
Creating an office
Partitioning installation specialists have completed a project in an office based in Islington, London, to create a new office/conference room. Existing light fittings were adjusted to accommodate the new dry jointed glass partitioning and an obstructive existing mounted conduit was overcome by the formulation of a bulkhead.
Creating a fully functional office
Our client, a provider of a comprehensive and unified platform for running IT, is currently undergoing alterations to change its existing first floor store into a fully functional office. Having won the tender, Saracen has begun work on their Surrey based offices.
Health & Safety for the Public Sector
CHAS is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. The Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme complete the initial Health & Safety application process for buyers and Facilities Manager, saving time and resources for all involved in the process.
CHAS has formally confirmed Saracen Interiors to be compliant.
